This project involved the end-to-end deployment of a full ERP system for Joyspoon, a manufacturing unit. The goal was to unify fragmented operations into a single source of truth, automating critical workflows that were previously managed manually.
The hardest problem wasn't just technical — it was the human element. The workers at the Joyspoon manufacturing unit were not tech-savvy. ERPNext, being open-source and highly comprehensive, had hundreds of features and complex UI elements that the team simply didn't need and found overwhelming.
"I solved this by abstracting the complexity. I built a simplified interface that brought only the necessary actions into one place, organized strictly by the natural flow of the manufacturing process. This made the system intuitive even for those with zero technical background."
